The Jagwire Pro LR2-E Ebike Disc Brake Rotor is a high-quality and durable option for bike riders looking to replace or upgrade their disc brake rotor. Designed for use with e-bikes, this rotor features an integrated magnet that is compatible with e-bike speed sensors.
With a thickness of 1.8mm, this rotor provides reliable braking performance and comes with T25 mounting hardware for easy installation on ISO 6-bolt hubs. Its two-piece design consists of an aluminum spider and a separate stainless steel brake track, offering strength and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel machined braking surface is specially tuned to minimize braking noise.
The aluminum spider of this rotor includes an integrated concentric ring and reinforced rivet joints, which help to prevent warping and enhance durability. It is important to note that the LR2-E rotor is not compatible with brakes that have pads extending below the caliper body, such as Avid BB7, Avid Juicy, Hayes HFX, and Hayes MX1 brakes. However, it is compatible with all popular disc brake pad compounds, including organic/resin, metallic, and semi-metallic.
